Bee Kind's edible flower mix will bring a splash of colour to your garden but also doubles up as a stunning collection of edible flowers to jazz up your next cocktail or salads!
Each pack contains
Catmint - The leaves & flowers can be steeped to make tea
Viola - Both the leaves and flowers are edible & make a beautiful garnish for cakes & cocktails
Marigold Petite Mix - Both the leaves & flowers are edible. The dried flowers are often used for food colouring
Wild Thyme - Both flowers & leaves are edible. Perfect for adding flavour to your BBQ's, gravy, fish & even herbal infusions.
Spearmint - Edible leaves can be steeped for tea or added to dishes. It is used to flavour toothpaste & confectionary & can be added to shampoos & soaps.
Garlic Chives - The whole plant is edible from the bulb to the blooms. Garlic chives are a great chopped garnish, in butter or simply on its own.
Chives - The whole plant is edible. The white part of the plant tends to have a sharper, more intense onion flavour & is also more fibrous, so it is best cooked rather than raw.
1gram = approximately 1000+ seeds
Avoid sowing around frost. Plant 5-10mm deep in well draining soil. Do not overwater. Prefers full sun.

*WARNING! Seeds are NOT for human consumption. If there is use of chemicals such as herbicides, insecticides or weed killer on or around the plant DO NOT eat any part of the plant.
